• Address: Lakeshore Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Jamestown, NY, and Dunkirk, NY; Surgeries conducted at UPMC Chautauqua.
• Employment Status: Full-time role

Our organization is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our well-established team, delivering exceptional general orthopaedic care in a community-oriented environment in Western New York. This role focuses on general orthopaedic surgery, with a preference for adult reconstruction expertise.

• Collaborative Team: Join two seasoned orthopaedic surgeons at UPMC Chautauqua, recognized as a Center of Excellence for Orthopaedics.
• Support from Advanced Practice Providers: Benefit from a dedicated team of seven APPs assisting in various settings including the office, operating room, and hospital.
• UPMC Partnership: Access a broader network of specialists and resources, with UPMC Hamot providing essential administrative and business support to our practice.
• Innovative Technology: Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system throughout the health network.
• Strong Referral Network: Enjoy a robust primary care referral system that ensures a steady patient volume and continuity of care.
• Commitment to Growth: Engage with robotic assistance and benefit from ongoing investments, including significant upcoming renovations to the operating room and recent upgrades in radiology, demonstrating our dedication to enhancing surgical care.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
• American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification required

Minimum Salary Range: $645,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $731,000+
