Job Title: CNA

Location: Stevens Point, WI 54481

Start: 05/12/2025

Duration: 13-weeks.

Shift: 12 hours variable

Pay Rate (For Local candidate) : $30-$33/hr. on W2. (Based on experience).

Pay Rate: $37/hr. Blended rate for the candidates who is traveling 50+ miles from the facility location.

Regular Rate: $15/hr. on W2.

Weekly Stipend: $792.00

Weekly Gross : $1,332.00

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.



Job Requirement:

• WI CNA License - active and in good standing
• BLS Certification - required
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years CNA experience
• Recent Experience: At least 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience required
• Charting System: EPIC experience required
• Preferred Skillset: Inpatient Acute Care experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work on a 40-bed Medical/Surgical/Pediatric unit (average daily census: 28)
• Perform CNA duties including patient hygiene, vital signs, mobility assistance, feeding, and general patient care
• Collaborate closely with nursing and ancillary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Be resilient, independent, and proactive in managing time and responsibilities
• Remain flexible and positive in a constantly evolving hospital environment
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a supportive, team-based work culture
